A:

Yes, you can still paralyze the opponent's Pokemon in this scenario.

A:

Yes you can.

A:

Yes you can.

If my opponent have an active Flutter Mane with the ability Midnight Fluttering, and I have active Dipplin with the ability Festival Lead, and I have the stadium Festival Ground in play, if I knocked out my opponent’s Flutter Mane, can I still perform a second attack using the Festival Lead ability if the newly promoted Pokemon is not a second Flutter Mane?

A:

Yes you can, if Flutter Mane is knocked out from the first attack, the Festival Lead ability comes back activated, so you can continue using the Festival Lead ability.

If my opponent have an active Flutter Mane with the ability Midnight Fluttering, and I have active Dipplin with the ability Festival Lead, can my benched Thwackey still use the ability Boom Boom Groove?

A:

No, because the active Dipplin have no ability at all when Flutter Mane is on the active spot, thus not fulfilling the requirements to activate Thwackey’s Boom Boom Groove ability.

If during my last turn, I’ve attacked using my Mew ex with the attack Genome Hacking to copy my opponent’s Sylveon ex Angelite attack, can I still use Genome Hacking to copy and use the Angelite attack again this turn?

A:

Yes you can, because the attack Mew ex used last turn is Genome Attack and not Angelite, hence Mew ex can use Genome Hacking to copy Angelite again.

Can I use Prime Catcher when my opponent do not have any bench Pokemon?

A:

No you can’t, Prime Catcher requires you to switch your opponent’s Pokemon first, then if you do, switch Pokemon of your own.

A:

No you can’t, you should at least attach one energy to any of your bench Pokemon.

If I played supporter Surfer to move my Palafin with the ability Zero to Hero to the active spot, do I draw until 5 first from Surfer’s effect or evolve to Palafin ex using Palafin’s Zero to Hero ability first?

A:

You should draw until 5 first, then only activate Palafin’s ability to evolve into Palafin ex. You should resolve the card that is played first in this case.

Can I use Superior Energy Retrieval while knowing I do not have any basic energy in the discard pile, or choose to not take any while there are basic energies in the discard pile?

A:

No you cannot, you can only use Superior Energy Retrieval if there is a valid target, and you always need to take at least one energy with it.

If my opponent has a Froslass in play with the ability Freezing Shroud, while Battle Cage in on the field, are all Pokemon in play prevented from placing damage counter from Froslass’s ability?

A:

No, only the owner of Froslass with the ability Freezing Shroud will place the damage counter to their own Pokemon during the Pokemon Checkup phase.

If I took a Chansey with the ability Lucky Bonus while the stadium Team Rocket’s Watchtower is in play, do I still get to activate Chansey’s Lucky Bonus ability?

A:

Yes, because Chansey’s ability is triggered before it is put into play, Team Rocket’s Watchtower only prevents Pokemon that are in play.

If I send out Flutter Mane and my opponent sends out Klefki at the start of the game, whose Ability works first: Flutter Mane’s Midnight Fluttering or Klefki’s Mischievous Lock?

A:

The player who’s going first will have precedence hence the ability of the pokemon who’s going first gets activated first.
